REFLOW OVENS
APPLICATION

Upgrade Technologies produces a standard line of Inline Reflow Ovens that fit most SMD applications. These ovens are excellent for applications ranging from prototype to heavy production operations.

EQUIPMENT

All Inline Reflow Ovens use Upgrade Technologies' exclusive Full Convection/Full IR (FCIRTM) heating system. The FCIR Heating System is a top and bottom heat system controlled by a microprocessor based heat control system and switched by a solid state relay. The convection heat is internally re-circulated for maximum control and efficiency.
