Upgrade Technologies' line of screen printers are designed for low to medium volume applications and provide precise screening in both on and off contact situations. These printers come in two basic frame sizes, 14" x 14" and 20" x 20". Other sizes can be built to customer specifications.
Manual Model Operation (MSP Series) |
| The MSP Series manual printers are designed to be adjusted accurately in the X, Y, and Z axis. All adjustments are positively locked into place via thumb screw operation. The complete squeegee assembly pivots upward to allow for a return drag of solder paste or send a pass application if desired. The screen/ stencil is positively attached to the screen frame of the screen printer assuring repeatability of the process form board to board. The screen frame uses air shocks for easy operator lifting. The screen frame will pivot away as necessary to accommodate placement and removal of the printed assembly. |
