The MPS is the ideal tool for cost effective and accurate assembly of SMD or mixed
technology printed circuit boards. Typical applications include prototyping, low-volume
assembly, and secondary operations.
The single arm placement and dispense
system combined with a hand & arm rest
assembly greatly reduces operator
fatigue.
The vacuum tip automatically toggles on
and off during component pick-up and
placement. The optional dispense system
accurately deposits solder paste,
adhesives and various potting compounds.
The system is easy to learn and simple to
operate. A new operator can produce
professional quality immediately, and after
a few days experience, placement rates up
to 500 parts per hour are typical.
