Upgrade Technologies has noted the growing demand for humidity environments in both Box and Inline Ovens. UT offers two options whereby humidity can be injected into the Drying, Curing, or Setting environment. They are our Humidity Enhancement (HE) or our Humidity Control (HC) Options. Each is briefly described below.

HUMIDITY ENHANCEMENT (HE) |  |

Our low end is a "humidity enhancement" system whereby humidity is induced into the environment via a forced airflow over a wet surface at a constant rate (on/off). This system works in areas with normally high plant humidity (50-65% RH). |

HUMIDITY CONTROL (HC) | |
|
Humidity Control is accomplished using an Electronic Steam Humidifier System and humidistat to inject a controlled amount of humidity into the controlled environment. This system is used in applications that require a maintained humidity level (usually up to 85% RH). |
