Our Potting Mixers/Dispensers (PMD) are designed for low to medium volume applications. Because they handle both mixing and potting they are a valuable labor saver for any grow operation. Because they are lightweight and portable they can be used in a variety of locations around the grow operation. The PMD's are designed to accept product either from our Incline Conveyors or from front end loader equipment.

Our PMD is constructed of welded steel tubing and painted to withstand an outdoor environment. The PMD is powered by two DC gearmotors. One runs the mixer; the other powers the dispensing conveyor. Both motors are protected by sheet metal enclosures. The controls are contained in a waterproof control box that opens for access during operation.

The dispensing conveyor is activated by a push/pull switch. The mixing conveyor is operated by an on/off switch.

The PMD bin is constructed of galvanized metal making it impervious to rust.

The PMD comes with a galvanized removable bin cover that is attached for storage.

Detachable steps are provided to allow the operator to each the bin to check the mixing process or add material (fertilizer) to the mix.
