APPLICATION

The MPBO2000 Moveable Platform Batch Ovens are the latest in a line of desk top lab ovens from Upgrade Technologies. The MPBO2000 is designed for engineering labs, small run applications, or specialized production requirements.

TEMPERATURE STEPPING

The MPBO2000 allows the operator to build up to an eight step profile using both time and temperature settings. The steps can include both heat and cooldown steps.


HEAT ZONE

The MPBO2000 incorporates Upgrade Technologies' exclusive FCIRTM (Full Convection/Full IR) heating system. This system uses forced air convection and IR Radiant Panel heating for the best possible heating source.


MOVING BELT

The MPBO2000 employs a moveable belt that automatically takes the work into the oven and ejects it at the end of its profile cycle.
